We are excited to announce that Select Recording Studio in Wood Green, North London, has just fitted the impressive Audient ASP8024 Heritage Edition mixing console. This is an exciting addition to our studio and another step in our commitment to providing artists with professional recording facilities, exceptional sound quality and an inspiring creative environment.

With over 25 years of experience working with thousands of artists, we understand how important the right equipment is when it comes to capturing performances and producing music that stands out. Our new Audient console brings together classic analogue sound, professional recording capabilities and a hands-on workflow that makes creating music an enjoyable experience.

Why We Chose the Audient ASP8024 Heritage Edition

The Audient ASP8024 Heritage Edition is a professional analogue recording console designed for modern recording studios that value quality, flexibility and musicality.

At the heart of the desk are Audient's renowned microphone preamps, designed to capture vocals and instruments with clarity, detail and character. Whether we are recording a powerful lead vocal, a live drum kit, electric guitars, bass or delicate acoustic instruments, having a high-quality signal at the beginning of the recording chain is essential.

The console also offers extensive routing and monitoring facilities, allowing us to manage recording sessions efficiently and create a professional working environment for artists, producers and engineers.

Its tactile controls provide a welcome alternative to working entirely inside a computer. Being able to adjust levels, shape the recording workflow and work with physical faders helps keep the focus on the music rather than the screen.

Perfect for Every Musical Genre

At Select Recording Studio, we work across a wide variety of musical styles, including R&B, pop, rock, hip-hop, grime, dance, metal, jazz, gospel, country and musical theatre.

Our new Audient ASP8024 Heritage Edition is a valuable addition for all these genres. From recording intimate vocals and smooth harmonies to capturing energetic band performances, the console gives us a versatile foundation for professional music production.

Combined with our selection of outboard equipment and modern recording software, it allows us to bring together analogue recording techniques and contemporary digital production.

Whether you are an emerging artist recording your first single or an experienced musician working on an album, our aim is to help you achieve a polished, release-ready sound without the high costs often associated with London's larger commercial studios.

Professional Recording in a Relaxed Environment

Investing in quality equipment is only part of what makes a great recording studio. Experience, creativity and a comfortable atmosphere are equally important.

With more than 25 years in the industry, we understand how to help artists feel at ease, deliver their best performances and develop their musical ideas. Our studio provides a friendly, relaxed space where you can concentrate on creating music while benefiting from professional recording facilities.

We continually update our equipment and software to keep pace with developments in music production, ensuring our clients have access to modern tools and techniques.
